Excellent team, job well done, very courteous, I got answers to all my questions so everything is perfect. Only problem, I ordered an optional exhaust line and a screen for my motorcycle which was to be fitted at the time of maintenance but the parts have still not arrived. Very disappointing experience from the Honda sales department. I traveled to see and buy a used motorcycle. I come from far away on 2 wheels to ask if a recovery is possible. Firstly I wanted to have information on past maintenance of the vehicle and they are not able to give me any information except "the maintenance has been done". Great, I'm going to go far with this, especially since I was able to go around the vehicle just before to realize that the tires are 8 years old!! Thanks for the interview! (It’s 5 years max. The info is a gift guys)
No presentation of the vehicle, but hey it’s not obligatory either so it doesn’t matter.
I still came away satisfied with the test since I really liked the model despite everything.
I ask if it is possible to send me by email the various past interviews, I am told of course. 1 good point anyway but at the same time it seems normal to me. Brief.
I ask for a trade-in of my model, they don't even ask me to see my bike, they only ask me the km and the model, he's going to go far with that. So I'm leaving perplexed but I'm waiting for a response from the guy regarding the information I asked for.
The days pass and nothing... I call back and they tell me that they will come back to me.
I wait and nothing yet... I call back (it's 10 days later) I'm told that someone has been on the vehicle for several days. Not a big deal in itself except that I'm waiting and I would have liked to be kept informed during the first call since that was obviously already the case! Something I'm letting you know right away. I ask again to be kept informed to know if the person involved will end up buying the vehicle or not because otherwise I will take this motorcycle. Guess what ? Still no info 10 days later. Advertisement still online at the time of writing this review. I think that making a phone call to inform a customer whether or not a vehicle is available is an integral part of being a salesperson.

Store to flee... management and sellers in bad faith. I just bought a scooter for 8000e. I order a top case from them which arrives scratched and with a support which looks like equipment for going stock car riding. I called to report my dissatisfaction and they dared to tell me that I had better find out, even though they are the so-called professionals. That they are ready to change the top case for me on the other hand the support which is supposedly sold to 9 out of 10 customers they won't take it back from me because it's my fault. A shame to hear such things!!!!
